
Please join us for a mandatory preseason parent (and athlete) meeting for high school winter sports (boys & girls basketball and cheer). This meeting will be held on Thursday, November 4 @ 5:30 in the high school gym. If you are not able to attend, please set up a conference with the Athletic Director, Kim Latham.

High School winter sports practice begins Monday, November 1 for boys and girls basketball and cheer. All athletes are required to have a physical on file before they can practice. Annual requirement forms are also due.
Boys Basketball: 3:30-5:00 (elementary gym)
Girls Basketball: 3:30-6:00 (high school gym)
Cheer: 3:30-5:30 (stage)

On the night of Parent/Teacher conferences we will have parent meetings for the following grades at the times below:
7th/8th - 5:00
9th/10th - 5:30
11th - 6:00
These are not required to attend, we are going to present some information to be aware of as your child advances through secondary grades. If this meeting coincides with your appointment with teachers feel free to come to one of the other meetings. We will get the information to you. Congratulations to the Richland Girls JH BB on their Frisco League Championship and undefeated season defeating Iberia 25-18



The RHS soccer team will play the first round of districts on Monday, November 1 at 4:00 against Iberia. Soccer districts will be held at Laquey. Good luck Bears.


RES wants to take a moment to thank Mrs. G for all of the time and effort she has devoted to our music department. She is relocating with her husband who is now stationed in Washington, DC. She will very missed!

JH girls B falls to Crocker in a hard fought game 21-15

JH Girls A defeats Newburg 41-5 to advance to championship game against Iberia tomorrow at 7:45.
