It is with great sadness that we have learned of the tragic loss of one of our students. Riley Morris, a student in 7th grade, passed away this week. Riley was part of our Bear family and was special to us. Our thoughts and prayers remain with Riley’s family.
Members of the Richland Community Churches, along with school counselors, are available to help students and staff deal with their feelings and emotions. Contact a local church or the school’s office for more information.
Please realize that reactions can be varied and can depend upon such factors as age, personality, and previous losses. Any changes in your child’s behavior related to this tragedy, should be brought to the attention of the school counselors.
