The Bears will play Conway tomorrow at home starting at 5:30. There will be 2 quarters of a freshman game followed by the JV and Varsity games.
The Lady Bears will play a Varsity game only at Newburg on Thursday.
The Bears will play in the Eldon Tournament the week of January 24-29. They received the 3 seed and will play Versailles on Tuesday, January 25 at 7:30.
The Lady Bears received the 2 seed in the Osage Basketball Tournament. They will play Warsaw on Wednesday, January 19th at 5:00.

The Bears will play in the championship game at the Bourbon Tournament tonight at 8:30 against Valley. The bus will leave at 6:00. Come out and support the Bears! If you are not able to make it, the RHS Bears Network will be live streaming the game. Good luck Bears!
No School at Richland R-IV tomorrow, January 7th due to poor road conditions.

Richland R-IV will be closed today, January 6, due to inclement weather.
Richland defeats Crocker 63-28 to advance to Championship on Friday Night. They’ll play winner of Bourbon & Valley.

Lady Bears lost a tough one on the road at the buzzer tonight against Father Tolton. JV girls lost 39-16.
The Lady Bears basketball team will travel to Father Tolton today. The JV game will start at 5:30 followed by the Varsity game.
The Bears basketball team will play at 7:00 on Wednesday against Crocker in the semifinal round of the Bourbon Tournament.
On Thursday, the Lady Bears will play Plato at home, game time 6:00. There will be a half of a JV game followed by the Varsity game.
Richland over Viburnum 94-24 in 1st round of Bourbon Tournament. They play Wed at 7:00 in Semifinals.
I want to apologize for miscommunication on WCC tomorrow. As High School principal that falls on me. Here is how tomorrow will work:
1. The bus will be available for WCC students to go, especially those needing hour (cosmetology).
2. If a student is absent the absence will not count against their Richland attendance. Therefore, this will not have an impact on eligibility for tomorrow’s BB game. If a student misses WCC, they will be able to play/practice.
