This is a reminder for all high school building parents. Tomorrow, for Red Ribbon Week we will have a speaker. There is a permission slip that has been sent home. It will need to be signed and returned in order for your student to listen to the speaker.
Parent/Teacher Conferences start at 1:00 pm tomorrow October 27th. Student's grades and MAP/EOC scores will be available at conferences.
Mrs. Shepard, the high school counselor will also be available to discuss 4 year plans.
Please call your school's office to schedule your conference.

Our October Characters of the Month!
High School winter sports practice begins Monday, October 31st for boys and girls basketball and cheer. All athletes are required to have a physical on file before they can practice. Annual requirement forms are also due.
Boys Basketball: 3:30-5:30 (high school gym)
Girls Basketball: 5:30-7:30 (high school gym)
Cheer: 3:30-5:30 (stage)
Thank you to all of our students and families who have helped make our book fair a huge success! As of last night we are at 455 of our 500 book goal!! The last day to shop the book fair is Monday. All proceeds from the book fair will be used to purchase new books for the library!!

8th grade parents be looking for permission slips coming home with your students. They will be touring the Waynesville Career Center on Thursday.
Student Council is selling Boo Grams through October 21st. These will be delivered to students on October 31st. Order forms can be found in the office. Thank you for your continued support!

Just a reminder that the Book Fair is at the elementary school this week! The Book Fair will be open to the community during our Family/Community Night this Thursday, October 20th from 3:30-6:30pm. If your child wants to purchase books before then they are able to shop during the school day!
