Our district was recently notified of a situation regarding a camera placed in the school library which acts as our school board room. The district was advised to report the situation to the local authorities due to violation of policy 0403.
Although no specific threats were made to any students or staff at any time, our district prioritizes our campus safety. Our district administration erred on the side of safety and considers this a serious incident and are cooperating with local law enforcement on an investigation.
In situations like this, it is hard to understand the unknown; many rumors and speculation may circulate. We value positive relationships above all else, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we follow procedure and policy to determine an appropriate outcome.

Congratulations to the Bears on their first round district win against Laquey. They will play Stoutland tomorrow at 4:30!
